Last updated 2026-08-23. Using Knead means you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed — they are short.

What Knead is

Knead is a discovery tool. It shows appointment openings that clinics in Greater Vancouver publish on their own public online-booking pages, gathered into one map, and — if you ask — texts you when an opening matching your criteria appears.

Knead is not a booking service, a clinic, or a healthcare provider. Booking happens on the clinic's own site, under the clinic's terms. Knead does not hold, confirm, cancel, or guarantee any appointment and has no role in the care you receive.

Accuracy

Availability changes by the minute and we check clinics on a schedule, so an opening shown on Knead may already be taken, or may have appeared after our last check. Each result shows when it was last verified. Knead is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind; we are not liable for a slot that is gone by the time you click, for a clinic's information being out of date, or for any decision you make based on what Knead shows.

Accounts and alerts

• You must be at least 18 to create an account, and the mobile number you give must be yours. We text a verification code before any alerts are sent.
• Alerts are a convenience, not a promise: we may miss openings, and texts may be delayed or fail to deliver. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to end alerts. You can also pause or delete alerts in "my alerts", or ask us to delete your account.
• We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service — for example by automating requests, creating alerts for numbers that are not yours, or interfering with clinics.

Acceptable use

Use Knead as a person looking for an appointment. Don't scrape, mirror, overload, or resell it, and don't use it to contact clinics or practitioners in ways they have not invited.

Clinics and practitioners

Listings come from information clinics make public. If you represent a clinic and want your listings corrected or removed, email hello@knead.health and we will act within 48 hours.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change and account holders will be told of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada applicable there.
